Adelina Pennetti

Adelina “Adele” Pennetti, PT, DPT, C.MDT, OCS, COMT is a New Jersey licensed physical therapist with more than 25 years of orthopedic clinical experience. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of post-surgical orthopedic conditions, as well as musculoskeletal dysfunctions and the compensation patterns that are created as a result. The focus of her rehabilitation approach is to realign the body for optimal muscular recruitment and efficient movement patterns to achieve pain free function. Listening to her patients is a priority and developing a treatment strategy that is tailored to achieving their goals is of utmost importance.

Adele received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Kean University and Rutgers SHRP program in 1996 and Doctor of Physical Therapy post-graduate degree in 2016 from the University of New England. Dr. Pennetti has also received advanced certifications in manual therapy from the McKenzie Institute International in 2002 in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2015 to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. She also holds a Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2014 through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Dr. Pennetti will guide you through your recovery journey to good health. She incorporates high levels of individualized care utilizing an evidence-based approach, advanced manual skills, and comprehensive patient education which empowers her clients to have an active role in their recovery as well as acquiring the knowledge to maintain the success they have achieved.

When Adele is not working, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, traveling with her husband and 2 teenage children, and workouts including Pilates, yoga, walking/hiking, and strength training.
